Really good app, just starting to explore it, but so far so good!!

doesnt load at all. no tutorial on how to use (would be helpful) and connection was terrible between members

Awesome idea and great listeners (though there is the odd unhelpful one). Love that you can pick your listener. It has truly helped ms and Id recommend it in a heart beat. Only problem is it can be a little glitchy and slow. For example itll mess up the order of messages sometimes or not tell you when you have a message. But overall Im really impressed and extremely happy!!

I think this app is great but I cant open it without it crashing! Fix this issue please!

How many other programs allow you to vent out your worries anonymously?

I LOVE 7 cups, but unfortunately the app is quite finnicky. Conversations dont load well, windows freeze, etc. With some work it could be as great as the website. Dont let the finnicky nature of the app scare you off. Its actually an amazing idea and I recommend it for those struggling with anxieties and other problems.

I absolutely love this app - Im a listener on 7cups and I find it so rewarding to be able to help someone through a tough time. I wouldnt have been able to do what Im doing, if I hadnt had found this app! Thanks so much!

its a fantastic idea and great if you need to talk to someone but it does have a lot of bugs and is very glitchy at the moment and I feel like it should be addressed soon. But its great if you need to talk to someone with no judgement about really important stuff

7 cups is fanstastic. You and adults would benefit from this app and their trained 7 Cups listeners !

The current update has a few glitches but I have been using this app for a few months and has been extremely helpful!

Keeps freezing since the new update. Takes too long to connect to the server. I cant chat at all. Was a good app before. I wish I could experience the new features.

This app is excellent when you need someone to talk to but is difficult to manage. Often it would give me a notification for new messages and when I opened the chat none were there

This app really makes you feel calm and feel like you are actually someone!!

Theres barely ever anyone available to talk and when there is theres a wait time of at least 20 minutes.

Frustrating site at times, but the new app makes it better. Told a friend of mine who spends too much time alone about it, hope he checks it out!

First impression of this app: interesting! Could be useful. Fairly well done in general. To improve: Really needs a section with instructions on how to use this app and where to find what. This should be a separate tab. In current version, very confusing to navigate and figure out: - where to go - what does what - how we are expected to use the various tools provided

Pretty good, easy to navigate, sometimes it takes a while for the people to reply
