Need tab for explanations

First impression of this app: interesting! Could be useful. Fairly well done in general.

To improve: Really needs a section with instructions on how to use this app and where to find what. This should be a separate tab.
In current version, very confusing to navigate and figure out:
- where to go
- what does what
- how we are expected to use the various tools provided
