7 Cups: Online Therapy & Chat App Reviews

I love 7 cups of tea and I work as a listener (soulhelper812) but I cant even log in because it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. I have tried online and it works perfectly. Im just having trouble with the app. I even reset it and it still doesnt work. please help with this issue. thanks.

7cups has helped me so much. Before I was on it I was suicidal. My listener helped me set up an exercise schedule, and she was really nice to me. It was great. Its amazing what one ting app can accomplish over the time frame of about a week.

Tried to submit a new thread post, but it was impossible because of how glitchy this app is. Incredibly frustrating and annoying, maybe get a working app before you attempt to help people.

I was going through some intense relationship issues and I just wanted to talk to someone that would care. I needed professional level help to get out of a vicious cycle. This app helps! I struggled contacting organizations and insurance approved therapist. All I did was waste time; I wish I knew about this app sooner.

I think this app is a great way to reach out to people and help people for free.

I have a really bad pestimistic thought pattern and I have depression but they help a lot.

Some of the options lag, and sometimes its hard to connect with a chosen listener who appears to be available. But Ive used this 2 days and already am very impressed with the helpfulness of the listeners

I really enjoy this app so far, its really nice to be able to connect and talk to people. I was having problems with panic attacks because I didnt have anyone I could talk to. It was nice to just have a normal conversation with someone. You dont have to talk about your problems if you dont want to. It also provides you with so many tools that you can use at your own pace. Its really helped to open me up and to not have so much anxiety. It is a very welcoming community of supportive people! My only complaint is that it is not incredibly user friendly. I still have no idea how to send someone a message from the app. Ive had to initiate them in Safari and then go back into the app.

I suffer from severe obsessive-compulsive disorder and intrusive thoughts, and I desperately needed help during the time when I decided to use this app. The person I was connected to labeled me as a murderer and told me that she would contact the police. I realized myself that I needed professional, open-minded help from an individual, not these ignorant, shunning depression inducers. I will never seek advice from people here again. Screw you.

Its my first time seems like a really cool app for people who deal with any serious problems or problems at all! By using this app it shows youre not alone!

This app is great! Not only can you vent about your problems and get real help and advice in real time, but you can also listen to others and help them if needed. There are forums, progress paths, and other awesome ways to make connections with people and get help with whatever issue youre having. Its an awesome idea that has been executed perfectly.

I had someone help me with my Problems and it really helped me. I love this app because it calms me down when I need to and helps me a ton. Everyone who need sit should try it!

Great resource for when you need to talk to someone but arent sure where you can get objective compassionate advice. Good sounding board. Wish there were more apps like this.

I talked to two different "listeners" who were completely useless. I rarely got more than two word replies and both conversations ended with variations of "I dont really know how to help you." Ive never felt more alone in my life.

Honestly apps pretty good for people to talk to, but one complaint is the app seems to be terrible at connecting you to listeners, its usually better at it on their site.

I downloaded this after having a panic attack and this helped me so much!!
