Ive been a listener for a while now, but I only did it through my pc. Just downloaded the app version but cant seem to find some kind of log in to existent account button. Help??

The idea is good, but the app has a lot of bugs, the people at the chatrooms werent nice to me, and I wasnt able to connect with a listener.

I really like the concept and enjoy having the opportunity to help people. It really is making a difference.

I love the whole idea and concept! Its so easy to help people just by talking to them. And if you need to talk or have problems in life thats the place youll find help!

If you are in a situation where you cant even think straight, everything seems falling apart, there is 7 cups of tea, and you can be sure you are treated well and you have someone online who will listen to anything and whos not judging...its perfect for every problem...

The concept of this app is awesome however it is just so slow and laggy. I love being able to reach out however things arent explained well in the app, like I have no idea what growth points or anything is, or how to update my information. Again, this app is awesome it just needs some updating

I adore this app. Everything 7c is amazing but this app is easy to use & navigate. Only downside is that the topics are not shown in the GR list.

I was hoping to reach out to someone about some self hate and body image problems I was having. The listeners I was paired with both pressed me to send them photos- not allowed on the app for obvious reasons- and then one even pressed to get some of my social media handles to see photos there- again not allowed or encouraged for safety reasons. In the end, I felt that the only listeners I ever ended up paired with were there to try to take advantage of the vulnerable.

Such a helpful app. A great companion to the website, but also great on its own. Its nice to be able to access my 7 Cups account wherever I am. 7 Cups is a great website to get help if you ever need someone to talk to!

This is a great app. It is easy to use and navigates well. It is also a quick way to connect with a supportive active listener while on the go.

I always use the website and once the app came out I was sooo excited that it would be 10x easier to use but I cant open the app! It just keeps crashing before it opens. If I could get some help with that that would be wonderful. Thanks! :(
