I would give zero stars if I could...

Every single time I try to use this app, no matter what day it is, no matter what time it is, there is no one available. I really need the support that they advertise and I have yet to get any kind of assistance. It gives you the option to leave a message for a listener to get back to you as soon as they can. Weeks later I have still not received any response. I have attempted to use the app on multiple occasions with no luck. If you are really looking for support or someone to talk to anonymously, this is not the place to go for it unfortunately. Really disappointing because it seemed like a really good idea.
