A rating is supposed to show the good and the bad of an app. Im only rating 5 stars so it will get posted. I would personally rate it a -1 If I could.
I talked to this one person, who supposedly was verified to talk and help out people with problems. She told me everything was my fault. She was very unprofessional and rude, especially to be dealing with such a sensitive issue. Because of that experience I would highly recommend that no one gets this app. For your own good.

They say that the people are supposedly going through training to be a talker, but that was highly unprofessional and can lead people to suicide.
